An offering ideal for a group, team or cohort, group facilitation is centered about understanding individual and group strengths utilizing Gallup's CliftonStrengths. This can be an in-person or virtual facilitation.

  • Pre-facilitation: One-hour conversation with manager or advisor to understand needs, challenges and opportunities of group/team

  • Individual strengths assessment report

  • Facilitate leadership development coaching based on each individual’s strengths and how it impacts the group/team

  • Post-facilitation: One-hour debrief/coaching conversation with manager or advisor
