I'm an empathetic and effective career and leadership coach with nearly 20 years of experience. With a background in higher education and career services, I have coached individuals in their career discernment since 2008. I have proven success guiding individuals at various career and life stages in achieving their desired next steps.

I hold a master's degree in education from the University of Southern California and bachelor's degree in communications from Cal State Northridge. I'm also a Gallup™ Certified Strengths Coach. I'm experienced in coaching clients from gen X, Y and Z and find fulfillment in mentoring women. I thrive when facilitating purposeful career conversations, making meaningful connections and contributing to mission-driven organizations.

I live in Los Angeles with my husband and step-daughter and enjoy time with good friends over great food, pop culture talk and honest conversations about relationships and adulting.
